End goal

Develop an improved tree. An STree or Synthetic Tree. It would serve as a structure to house and control colonies of nanomachines focused on executing specific tasks.

Purpose - Consume all pollutants, waste or chemicals that would hinder natural growth.

Output stable forms that cannot cause further pollution, and cause supporting life to thrive.

Requirements

- Self replicating via seeds

- Ability to deconstruct and reuse resources or components from other damaged STrees

- Ability to deconstruct human waste materials into raw materials to replicate self

- Roots will seek out human waste materials. Leaves will ingest air, and separate pollutants for growth.

-Fruit will be formed that contain seeds for self replication in a protective case made of solid deposits of chemicals, plastics and metals.

- Inputs will be Carbon Dioxide, Water, sunlight, electrical or magnetic energy, heat, kinetic movement, chemicals, plastics, oils, metals, electrolytes

- Outputs will be clean air, water, seeds, seed pods, SLeaves and SWood, energy and light

We must crate self-replicating machines to fill the gap and complete the cycle of end products we currently produce that are not included in the natural cycle.

Daughter has trouble with math, using the number line, and counting in her head

Apparently this is a thing called Dyscalculia which makes it extremely hard for certain people to visualize numbers and math in their heads.

I realized this was an actual problem for her when i asked her "try to see the numbers in your head" and she kept saying "I can't". At first, i couldn't believe it, and figured she was just being lazy, but the more we tried, the more i realized it was literally just the numbers she couldn't visualize.

To teach my daughter how to work around this, i wrote out numbers from 0 to 20 on letter size paper, then laid them on the floor from a corner in her bedroom, out the hallway, so that the numbers could be associated with places, positions, or physical movement to give her some other way of visualizing the numbers.

This way when i say "Zero" she can visualize "The naughty corner".

And when i say "10" she can visualize "the bedroom door"

This worked unbelievably well. From the moment i laid out the numbers on the floor, her eyes lit up, and you could see that she finally "got" what we were trying to do.

The next step was to get her to know that minus meant "walk toward zero" and plus meant "walk away from zero"

Once we got that down, i told her to shrink herself down to a tiny tiny person, and pretend to walk along the number line instead of the floor.

Within a day, she was able to now do the math in her head simply because of the mental workaround we had to put in place.

Instead of trying to visualize the numbers in an abstract form, she was now able to see them as a road that she could move along and travel in a specific direction. She might take a little longer to figure out the answers, but at least she can do it successfully now, with no more tears and frustration.

In the end however, we had to get a private tutor to provide consistent support, build her confidence, and get her to do it on her own. Within 3 months we were able to get her caught up, and completing all of the work required.

How to grow Poinsettias

  • Bright, but Filtered light, 18-25 Degrees Celcius
  • Only if leaf or soil feels dry, then water, or mist regularly
  • Avoid drafts, cold, overwatering
  • March – Usually loses all leaves. This is normal
  • April – Cut to 4 Inch height, keep cool in shade. Plant cuttings for more plants!
  • October – Place into bright but filtered light
  • November – Only allow 10hrs of sunlight, cover with black or dark fabric for other 14hrs
  • Dec 10th – Colors change after 40 days of dark cycling

The Plan

 Sell everything

go dark

Buy a hotel and live in it.

I am not good enough to provide the life she wants for our children.

Mutters under her breath to our daughter when daughter is visibly upset she has to leave

"I'm just trying to show you a better life"

 Careless comment?

I believe it's one of those moments of true honesty that is rarely displayed

You come into my life

take everything i have to give

drain all of my resources with your bad decisions and poor behaviour

then leave because "this isn't the life you expected"

Any response i give will label me as the "bad guy"

"cheapskate"

"overbearing"

Maybe it's time i try to show ME a better life since my efforts on you have obviously failed.

The problem with women

They put themselves in bad situations with no planning or forethought

Get into trouble

Then complain that everything is wrong, destroy and damage everything around them justifying their anger because things are not working out for them.
